1. Shipping within Germany:
   – We ship free of charge to Germany.
2. Shipping outside of Germany:

   – We ship free of charge outside of Germany.

In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, the costs of transferring money through credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). III. Information for shipping

Delivery times

The delivery time for deliveries to Germany is 2 to 5 working days.

For deliveries to other countries within the European Union, the delivery time is 3 to 12 working days.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the delivery time is 5 to 35 working days.

Information on calculating the delivery date

The deadline for delivery begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the deadline.

If the last day of the deadline falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.

Please note: For personalized products, the delivery period only begins as soon as the customer has confirmed the digital preview of the product, which he will receive from us by e-mail.
